4th Grade PLC Norms:
1) We will communicate effectively.
2) We will respect each other.
3) We will welcome and value the input and feedback from our team members.
4) The guaranteed curriculum will receive top priority in our meetings.
4th Grade PLC SMART Goal:
By the end of the 2011-2012 school year, the number of students in 4th grade who are at or above the 75th percentile for Reading Fluency will increase by 6 as measured by the Aimsweb RCBM assessment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
At this time, we will rotate the role of Secretary. The responsibility of this role will be to record notes from our meetings and then post our meeting minutes on the 4th Grade Wiki page.
